Hi all,
Does anybody know when Willys started using reinforcing ribs in the glove box floor? I cant seem to pin it down in older threads anywhere. I get the notion that it was soon after the last of the late slat grills, they seem to have had flat glove box floors.
Thanks,
Bob

Hey Bob,
I did not turn up much info either. Seems to be some speculation that the ribs were added around 125xxx ... just before the end of the slat grill production ... but no firm data to back that up.

Hi Andy,
That's the information I've heard too. So far it seems that the ribbed glove box floor started about the same time the slat grills ended.
