Early Filterette

Progressing on the slat. Was going through some old posts earlier, has it been determined if the early slats came with the hinged type cover or came with the removable lid type filterette. Here’s a picture of both I grabbed from the post. Image

Ok so since it seems the removal lid type are more of a anomaly I’ll use the hinges type that I was given. Thanks all

Is the screwed one a factory version or a bubba fix?
I had never seen one before, and I’m looking for a hinged one too

Seems others have the same type so I would imagine it’s at least a variant. On either side of the serials with confirmed hinged boxes.
