What’s the difference between the Slat Grill series paggener seat and a mid-series MB passenger seat? The both have a “split back” so I’m curious. I may be interested in trading.

I am sorry for thinking my slatgrill passenger seat was solid. After closer inspection the welded seam was filled in with glops of paint and with scraping out the stuff, the seat I have is indeed a "split frame". Sorry. I withdraw my offer to trade seats. See the other thread on splitback seats. Interesting that I was wrong in assuming the split back seat frame was unique to slatgrill s and early GPWs. That is what is so great about these forums.
