C Bennett,

My SG is on the list (I06163) but I know of I06164 which existed recently as well. It's on Surfacezero:

https://www.surfacezero.com/g503/showph ... ll&cat=500

Anybody who knows where this went? Member Greaselightning did not respond to any of my questions.

Would be nice to have I06163 & I06164 re-united some day :-).

Thanks,

Jos

Duly noted and added 112351! Mind sharing your DoD and tub number? I also collect hood number, engine SN/casting date/machining date, axle dates, tranny dates, transfer case S/N, etc if they are known to be original to the Jeep.

Walter:
Thanks in advance for that data and anything else you are willing to provide.

Jos:
Thanks, I added 106164 and that sure would be cool to get them together! As you can see in my data, there are a few sets of consecutive MB's still out there. There are even a few triples!

All:
The goal of this list is to help owners fill in blanks on their early MB's, so thanks for any data you are willing to share.

Good Afternoon,

MB100064 is "restored" and running. The engine MB103339 is a replacement.

I did not remove the paint from the rear panel and sides to preserve the original registration number and some stars on the side. The windshield needs some work but I've saved that for another day.

Good morning All,

This is just to update the location of 112054, which is already on CBennet's list.

I have relocated from Luxembourg to Portsmouth, England, so another slattie is alive and very much kicking in the UK. All dates and numbers for engine, gearbox, transmission, body etc indicate that they are probably original.

Cheers James

PS The only major item that is not date correct for a slat grill is the late war generator. Anyone have an early genny for sale?
