Need to part from some larger items - this early MB low windshield comes with the cast brass clamps.
It is one of the few remaining parts from MB 102109 DoD 12-19-41 - which I took apart
in 2002 to use parts for my MB 260762 DoD 9-19-43 restoration.
The original windshield has a good base but also needs some work.
Pictures of the donor MB and of its data plate are attached as well.
Ready for pick-up in Southern Germany - Asking 500 EUR.
Regards, Torsten

Re: Early MB original low windshield w/ cast brass clamps
CORRECTION:
It is NOT a low windshield!
It is original, early, has no rifle holder brackets and has the original cast brass clamps.
No etching in the glass.
Sorry for the somewhat misleading headline.
PS (to the best of my knowledge)
The low one is app. 4.5" (115mm)
The offered one is app. 7" (180mm)

ttsquare,
It's a shame MB-102109 wasn't salvageable being such an early MB.
Did you happen to record the body tub or a hood number or any other information before it was dismantled?
Thanks,
Cam
