From photographic evidence, those door nets all differed among the ODAs. Some were pop rivetted to the rocker panel/door way panels, some had 1" footman loops bolted or pop riveted to the rocker panel/doorway/B & C Pillars. Some look like they are altered Hatch Nets, some look like made by scratch by Riggers. Some of them use 1" flat metal hooks, some used 1" Fastex Side Release Buckles.
Find a photo of one you like or that is correct for the vehicle you are trying to replicate then have it made from 1" nylon webbing or buy a M1025 Hatch Net to alter.
