Has anyone else noticed AM General changed the designations of the humvees? Such as...
m1152 is now 2-CT
m1165 is now 4-CT
m1151 is now 4-CT FASTBACK
CT = Cargo Truck

I did not notice it until you mentioned it, but it looks to be an AM General thing to simplify identification of the main models and not the US Military or probably other buyers as they will name their vehicles in whatever system they use.

I should email AMG and ask why the "2-CT ambulance" has CT in the name. It is an ambulance, not a Cargo Truck. LOL Well, technically every HMMWV is a cargo truck until something is added to it, such as shelter or slantback, etc.
