Fluid has to flow through so the solenoids know what to do...I’m assuming you put fluid in before you fired it and test drove on your initial start up and test drive, did you drop the pan and inspect the valve body and debris in the pan?

Yes, on my initial test and many subsequent tests, I had full fluid in the transmission. I let it sit for around 3 weeks, while I worked on the transmission testing tech 2 tool, and then it did work. I have not dropped the pan as of yet, because she is working, but I will drop and change the filter just to be cautious.
