Does anyone know how the contact truck box mounts in the bed of the hmmwv? I think there are brackets on the front of the box that mount on the b beam. But what about the rear. Does it just bolt to the bed?
Thank you,
Corey

Do you have the beefier suspension? Original trucks were pickup versions of the M1113, or at least A1 version. The Box front does bolt to the B beam. The rear D beam has some reinforcements. Tailgate has a seafoam green panel. The airlift bumper was painted camo.

The very first ORIGINAL HMMWV contact truck was given to my unit, 4FSB, 4ID in 1997/8ish, (along with the very first FRS-H).. It was mounted on a M998A2.
