Hi Clarke,
I've posted the Part No before.
From the M1151 TM:
Item 7. NSN 6115-01-554-4741 P/No 12480922 GENERATOR,TACHOMETER PART OF KIT P/N 57K4882

I haven't been able to get my hands on the harness yet.
But if worst comes to worst, I can simply make it.
Its simply a shielded twisted pair of wires to the sender and a few jumpers up under the dash to get 24V, earth and illumination to the speedometer.
The worst thing will be finding the Milspec plug to suit the rear of the speedometer....

But I haven't given up hope of getting an OEM harness just yet.

Cheers

Sorry Brad,

I thought the OTHER sender you posted was the right part - but it's this one? Where did you source this sender?

Cheers,

Clarke

When I fitted a 4L80E and 242 transfer to my M1026 I fitted the rear extension housing from a civilian 242 to the mil 242 to enable me to fit the TOSS to the transfer case to operate with the Compushift trans controller. I also replaced the worm drive on the output shaft with the stepper ring for the TOSS. So there is no difference between military and civvie transfers as a far as I can tell at the rear anyway.

Hello bringing back an old post, can you post an update what you did to get it to work and harness.
Thanks
Robert

Robert,

Brad (Dunsbr) past away a few years back.

My advice is to find a complete kit for the 80 mph speedo.
