I believe I would try and see if the MSG side rails would fit the 3 piece rollbar ( green one) first, you maybe surprised, some people have been known to be misguided, the msg side rails are 1 piece setup for each side, I believe the d pillar is welded to the two side rails which bolts to the downward angle brace on the charlie pillar, the holes in the angle supports where already pre drilled upon receipt of 3 piece rollbar, of it won't work with the msg side rails then why holes predrilled upon purchase. Just my input ,

My concern is welding hand-made spoons for the M1025 tin roof onto the MSG Charlie Pillar, without a fixture if they cool down angled or not right height then you risk bending the roof corners perhaps tweaking it enough it impairs turret operation. I'm almost settled on the decision to just stay with Ken's 3 pc Charlie Pillar then adjust the side tubing kits to fit it since they can attach with bolts to the Charlie angled struts via a partial tubing pieces like Retired War Horses did on his hand built MSG Assault Rail style kit.

you are correct sir. The MSG side rails do not bolt right up. You have to modify them to fit. We learned this building a friends GMV. We ended up buying a tubing bender and fabricating our own in house for our current project truck..
