The newsletter event calendar advertises April 14-19, 2021 but Wed-Mon is probably incorrect. 14-19 were the 2020 dates. So assume April 13-18, 2021.

Hopefully the 2021 events shown in the newsletter will be replicated on www.MVCCNews.net soon. Some people plan time off and vacations quite early. Booking a Hawaii condo assuming the wrong week for our event would be sad. The traditional pattern for our swap meets was the third week of April and September. The Plymouth meets are the second week of April I think because of an annual event at the fairgrounds the third week.

The latest confirmed dates for the April 2021 Plymouth meet are April 28th (Wed) thru May 2nd (Sun). All reservations will again be done thru JoAnn Lesser and an application sheet will be published in the December Newsletter.

If you had a reservation for the April 2020 meet your name will automatically be transferred to the 2021 schedule. We've received the new 49er site allocations and they have tried to do a better job of grouping MVCC members together. If for some reason the space you were assigned in 2020 isn't on the new allocation list Joann will do her best to make sure you will be relocated to an equivalent sized site. We will begin notifying people of any changes in January of 2021. All sites in the Fairgrounds will remain the same.

A change for this year for the 49er Resort is the MVCC will only be doing the reservations. We will notify you of your assigned space and at that time it will be up to you to contact the Resort and they will collect your payment. The MVCC will still be collecting all payments for the Fairgrounds sites.
