Eagle Pt. Cemetary

Rick Butler`s uncle passed away and is being burried at the Vet`s Cemetary in Eagle Pt. on Friday Jan 12 at 1400(2pm)--would like club members available with mil vehicles to attend--Joe

Thanks Frank--I don`t know what good it does, looks like the rest of the members are busy down here in Banjoland Territory??????? They are missing out on a great way to communicate and it is a great addition along with the newsletter(and Thanks :D Bob for your work on that).
So IF you are a SOMVCC member----IT WOULD BE NICE TO SEE A MESSAGE FROM YOU.

It was a cool but sunny day as Rick and his brother Ed spoke about Uncle Melvin in front of Friends and family. Melvin must have been a pretty nice /remarkable man and loved by those close to him. And as we all know they don`t come much better than Rick.
SOMVCC members present were Kevin W, Bob J, Frank S, Richard B,and myself. It was a pleasure to be a part of this tribute to Rick and his Uncle Mel :D

The Military Vehicle Collector's of California send our condolences to Rick and his family...this site is fantastic for getting info out to members far and wide...next time I see Ron (probably at Tower in April) I will definitely say thanks! Jo-Ann Lesser
