Hi can you tell me what type of bed is correct for wc 52 april 1945.
With or without a transition at the spare wheel. When was this change was made?

I would say, short drivers side; all wood.

Mine (WC51) is 81730379
Date of delivery is 11-22-44
Has shortened drivers side bed

My old WC52 that I sold had a Delivery of 5-3-45

Frame VIN: 81770153

It too had the latest all wood bed and shortened for the driver to get in between spare and bed front
