Guys,
I know the wheel lug nuts come in LH and RH versions, but what about the outer ring nuts? I don't see anyone selling "LH or RH" outer ring nuts, so I guess they are all RH thread?
I was just wondering...

Nope; all right hand. Which means that the left hand threaded wheel nut idea is total nonsense. That idea evolved from horse drawn wagons, on which the hub nuts can not be torqued, so they made them left and right handed.
