G503 Military Vehicle Message Forums

I got it in 2011 and have driven it about 3000 miles. It's in very good condition and hasn't been beaten up reenacting. Motor was rebuilt in 2014 and it runs great. No serious mechanical issues although brakes are soft..just need bleeding. I just don't use it a lot. I'll include what spare parts I have and an repro battery box I never installed. Chassis is a converted 76 super Beetle with suspension adjusted back to regular Beetle and motor is a late 60s squareback. Top and tires are excellent. Includes side curtains. Titled and licensed.

This is not a VW thing but a replica version of the WWII "jeep" used by the Germans in WWII

I'm glad to answer questions about it. I love the vehicle but would rather get into another WWII US vehicle.

Looks like a nice vehicle. Would be fun to have at events as a US captured vehicle with rough stars painted on the side (or leave as is) THere are a hand full of images floating around with GIs in KK with the US insignia on them.

I've done that before for a few parades and on the back I hung a sign "under new management. Also had a picture of Hitler with a bayonet through it on the front.

I got the Hitler picture from Ken Meek...I can't take credit for it.

Very nice! I've kicked the idea around a few times about buying one and that looks REALLY nice.
