I just received the book "Real Colors of WWII". Unless you are restoring or modeling WWII German or Soviet Vehicles, save your money.
The book is really for modelers. It is just over 200 pages, with only 4 pages devoted to the colors and paint used by the US Army.
However, when it comes to information about the WWII German RAL colors, it is very good. One of the largest contributors to the book is a German paint company. All paint samples are printed, not real paint chips. If restoring German vehicles and equipment, the real source of information still remains, "Wehrmacht Heer Camouflage Colors" by Tomas Chory originally from the Czech Republic. Paul
