I will rephrase; It had to be a good price in order to ship it all the way to Guernsey.
The interesting thing about that island is that WW2 jeeps have the perfect top speed there. By the time you get to 50 mph, you have gotten to the other side of the island. No need to go faster.

Our max speed limit is 35mph and a lot of smaller roads are only 25mph !

You have an interesting history there. My old friend here in California, Charlie Numark, was fascinated by Jersey and Guernsey and led some tours to the islands.

3 months after agreeing the sale my GPW has got here, tomorrows job is to get her running and stopping !
