Book: BUILDING A WWII JEEP. SOLD!

Post by Bruce W » Thu Nov 24, 2022 7:54 am

“Building A WWII Jeep”, “Finding, Restoring & Rebuilding A Wartime Legend”

If you like to learn from other’s mistakes, and want to find how NOT to restore your MB/GPW, this is a good book to have. It’s brand new, only been read once.
$20.00 plus shipping.

I have never heard of this book; is it recent? Or so old, not available any more. I might want one.

Good book, does not dive into a lot of detail, but writes the book as he is restoring a GPW. Great part is, he does not shy away from pointing out his mistakes. He also lets you know about jeep parts, or I should say repro parts that you will have to work with to make them fit.
I kept it beside my bed, and would read a few pages before falling asleep.
Good book.
