I see the website now says the manuals are sold out. Any one any idea when a new batch will be available? Hope they will then make it twice as big as this one was. Enough demand it seems.

That'd be nice if they did a second run. I am sure there is plenty of demand especially now as some of us have shared the book with others who now want one.

Just wondering when the copies bought by UK enthusiasts will be sent out - ordered/paid for mine on 9th May.
I have'nt received confirmation of posting or received it yet. I don't seam to be able to log into MVPA website.

i'd bet that is real close to actual cost, i c $84 and $70, for 4 lbs. no media mail. and first class is $60
