Just placed my order. Not that I have a GPW. But because I want to put my grubby hands on THE GOLD STANDARD for how a restoration standards book should be written. I gotta take notes for when people ask me to do one for trailers. See you at the convention!

As they are coming from the MVPA HQ which is very minimally staffed it's my understanding that all orders for shipment won't be until after the convention next week. The entirety of the MVPA staff will be in South Bend until June 12th.

Is it me, which could well be, or do I not see this manual on the MVPA site? As I do like to order and have one.

I noticed that just before the convention when I went to show someone. I'm guessing that the pre-orders all sold and another batch is on order from the print house??

Thanks!!! Great!!! I'm getting restless! I'll bet they tried Media Mail (about 1/2 the price of ground shipping) and got a lot of grief. I sent a manual via Media Mail just last week and had to literally insist, and tell them, "No, it's a manual, which qualifies as media mail".

I received a email notification from the MVPA that my copy was shipped yesterday.

They provided a USPS tracking number and oh, I ordered early and my order number was 611.

Got mine and it has helped clear up a lot of questions. As this my first GPW I had no idea what what myth and what was fact.

Thanks Mike.
