Looks like block has crack repaired with epoxy.

What a shame the block is messed up. Cant see how bad it is, If it doesnt sell, wire brush that mess off there and lets see the crack,, may be able to weld her correctly.

Yes, too bad block is cracked? Is this a PE95K unit? Air filter looks different.

It just has some po modification on it. Original cleaner and hoses are missing per the picture. Different fabricated fuel tank on her too. Looks like an early attempt at dist noise suppression too.
