I have an early decal style air cleaner. It has the correct 2 sets of Louvers on the back as opposed to the 3 sets found on the postwar CJ2A air cleaners. It’s in great shape with a couple minor dents on the top. The bottom oil pan has no holes or signs of repair. The original filter cartridge was removed at some point and has been replaced with a paper cartridge. But, the filter body itself has not been modified and the correct metal filter cartridge could be reinstalled.
Trade for a later embossed style air cleaner in similar condition.
