Much appreciated!!! It is nice to hear this as I have not found one like it. Minor additions and patchwork needed but will restore quickly. I am an avid Jeep collector and will most likely regret selling but House is priority now.
Thank you! It was red from a repaint when I got it. I put some OD over it but left the inside original. It can be sanded back down. Frame however has original paint. Someone painted a little over the axles in red but again has some original underneath.macaddict23 wrote: ↑Wed Jun 06, 2018 3:24 pmJust my opinion . . . despite the rust issues, and 70+ years of imperfections, there's a certain charm to an unrestored, as found, as-is, don't touch it, don't breathe on it, WW2 Jeep or trailer. When repairs are done and new paint applied, it loses some of its charm and character, . . . and for some, its value.
Best of luck in the sale!
