"42 Script F project for sale

Selling my VEP GPW project. DOD 4/30/42. I spent many hours and $$ on my baby then got side tracked with life several years ago so I've decided to let someone with the passion I once had, take over. Data plates and frame numbers match. Body, frame and almost all parts were sandblasted and some smaller parts have been painted black. (When I started the project I wasn't planning on taking it back to original) I took out the Willys motor that started having a valve stick, and replaced with a rebuilt GPW I had. It started right up, but the rear main seal leaked so I decided to start a frame up resto. The extra Willys engine is part of the package as well as quite a few extra engine parts and script F bolts. Asking $15K obo. Reno, NV

Here is some of what's been done/replaced/new:

1) Most floor panels, front and rear and hat channels.
2) Left side panels
3) Right side panel, partial.
4) New rear Script F panel.
5) New gas tank sump.
6) Gas tank sealed with POR 15.
7) New front bumper and brackets.
8) New bumperettes.
9) Rebuilt rear axle.
10) New brakes.
11) Radiator recored.
12) Transmission rebuilt.
13) 12volt system.

Here are things that are needed:

1) Right side fender
2) Grab handles (two)
3) Black out drive light and bracket.
4) Spare tire bracket
5) Bows and brackets and canvas top.
6) Air filter assy.
7) Windshield glass and seals.

Are you going to attend the annual Camp Plymouth event in Plymouth, CA in two weeks? If you sell it on the Gee to someone who is going to the meet you could bring it and do the handoff. Or bring the whole load and display it at a campsite. You'd probably get more for it there.

What is the serial number of the gpw engine, i see the 81143 date code, cant see the area under the distributor, who rebuilt it and when, is there any paperwork on the engine as to what was done to her and who did the work?

Same on who rebuilt the rear.

is the radiator recore an exact ford look alike or just another "core"

Engine # looks like 108676CA to me and I don't know who rebuilt it before I owned it. I had a shop in Sparks, NV called Cylinder Head Exchange check it out years ago. They told me it had been rebuilt. No paperwork on engine. I rebuilt the rear end. I had the radiator recored. I believe it was original then.
