A recent addition to my motor pool tool collection is this Bishman brand Tire Spreader. Part of the 2nd echelon tool kit.

Very nice. I picked one up at spring Carlisle 2020. Needs a spring, not NOS by any means but in decent condition. Mostly it just gets in the way in the basement. But as you said, part off the 2nd Echelon so I had to buy it.

It's not nos as about half of the OD paint has chipped away. But mechanically it's sound.
