Combination open end 41-W-900 15/64 & 13/64 th

To all,
l found this in the shop toolbox. Any ideas on what it is for and worth. The 15/64 end is straight, the 13/64 end is 90 degree off set. Total length is approximately 3 inches. The sizes and the 41-W-900 is stamped on one side the wrench surface.

You might check out this posting by Phil. I have a couple of loose wrenches as well. I think the value would be in a full set.
