first one is a pioneer tools rack PICK MATTOCK... NOS... it comes from Florence area... maybe (maybe) left behind in 1944 after Gothic Line break together with hundreds of tons of equipment...
"USA" marked on side, "H" in a shield as per Charles E Hall Co in Buffalo NY, "5" for the weight.
19" 1/4 total length.
"OD" hndle, no markings, 36" full length.
then, a set of NOS leather in the box STRAPS for the rack. "WHITE" trucks marked. leather is soft as if the straps were boxed yesterday. an excellent reference for the original color of all the leather parts of the time (bags of the Harley WLA, for example).
