Thanks, Phil. If you don't mind, please post the entire cover when you get a chance. I am not familiar with 50-2.

Hey guys, here are some September and October highlights...

Plomb "Paschall" 2 oz ball-pein hammer with an "EB" date code (if you adhere to the old Tools Archive letter-letter dating, which I do, that's May 1942)

Signal Corps TL-214 Drop Message Bag Beacon

These were turned on (literally by just twisting the lenses on each end, which activates the AA batteries inside), strapped to a BG-121 drop message bag, with a message inside, and a 5-foot streamer/wind foil as a tail, and dropped out of aircraft to troops. Robin has an entire set-up in a NOS box. I found this one in the top tray of an old toolbox. I believe the oldtimer was using it as a trouble light in the engine compartment. I had to replace the bulbs, which were Mazda 222.

Playing a little catch-up before I close out this thread, here are my wartime military relevant finds from November and December last year...

A Bonney T9 speeder with the rest of my Bonney 3/8-inch drive stuff. Need a box!

A GMTK-spec 10-pin carbon scraper. I've had all kinds of brands, but this is the first Herbrand I have ever found or seen.

And last but not least, a nice little partial Snap-on 9/32-inch drive midget set in a decent case.
