Having a little trouble reading the Kent-Moore markings. Does it say KMO-354??

It does say that I zoomed in on it with my program that I use. What does the KMO-354 stand for if I may ask you that??

It's a part number. Kent-Moore Organization used their acronym (KMO) as a prefix for many part numbers. They provided a mess of very hard to find special service tools for G503 (and other) vehicles - for rear echelon mechanics located in depots, for working on the transfer case and axles. This is not part of that, obviously.

Updraft is older technology. I would guess interwar on these, but I am no carb expert. Maybe they used them on something during WWII. Kirk may have a better idea.

Were they in military surplus packaging? Any clues on the packaging?

COE chevy G506 trucks used an updraft carb I think. I searched everywhere I could think of for that Kent Moore part number found nothing...

The packing was like it was dipped in wax and when I got them you have to get through the wax and then you get to some cardboard then you open it and everything was in cosmoline. I cleaned that up just to give you a better look at what the set was. But hope this helps you out a bit...
