Thanks Don. Really appreciate that. It's getting to be a short list.
32oz hammer
Spark plug and thickness gauges
Diamond point chisel
Brass drift...

Thanks! Hope you're well!
You should see the set of bluepoint short DBEs I just completed. Good stuff.
The New Britain bar replaces a nice circle U craftsman. Picture upthread I'll keep it warm for you.

I'm not even done assembling my GMTK yet and I'm already swapping out pieces.
Here are some recent additions.
Long breaker bar is Cornwell and the short is the New Britain show up-thread
Image
I decided to go with this pair of Plomb pipe wrenches over the 14" Ridgid and 6" Walworth.
Image
Really excited to find this pair of (X) water pump pliers to replace the Kraeuter.
Image
And I'm still looking for the third short offset DBE to complete this awesome set of (X) wrenches. If anyone has the 3/8 & 7/16 to match, please let me know!
Image
Hope to find the last few missing pieces over the summer!
Thanks for looking.

How is that Cornwell breaker bar marked? I have the same one, marked "2 CORNWELL 20," as an option inside the kit I am selling right now. Notice that the fork is on the flex head, not the shank. That is very unusual construction. I don't know of another Mfgr in the wartime era that made their breaker bars that way. Compare to the NB breaker in the same picture to see what I mean.

I think that is the first pair of Duro-Chrome water pump pliers I have ever seen. Very cool.

Mine has a bit of box rot, but it appears to be marked CORNWELL - D and a rather poor stamping to boot.

I like your Plomb pipe wrenches. They make for a nice matched set. I have the same big and little ones in my MVMTS. I picked up a Plomb 10" pipe wrench but I am a big Barcalo fan as well. My dilemma is which one to go with? They are practically identical. I'm also wondering if you are going with the long breaker bar? They seem like quite a late war addition. Your set is really coming along!

The ORD specified a 10-1/2" breaker up to and including the October 1944 ORD 6. They specified an 18" breaker in the July 1945 ORD 6. We do not have a copy of the April 1945 ORD 6 that the July 1945 ORD 6 superseded, but in my interpretation of the SNL "Notes" included in the July 1945 ORD 6, which address changes from the previous publication, the 18" breaker was first issued in the April 1945 ORD 6 kit. These dates are shown on the Whiz, on the handles of each breaker outline, like this: (-> 4/45) and (4/45 ->). I could be wrong in my approach to interpreting the Change Notes, although I can't see a reason for including Change Notes if the opposite - no change - wasn't true for tools that did not have a Change Note. Maybe some day we will find the April 1945 ORD 6 to confirm. In any case, it was 1945, no sooner than April, and no later than July.

The long breaker bar... yes, I'm going to keep it in the box. But, I plan on keeping the short one in there as well.
Sometimes you just need more leverage!
While I don't have the G503 yet, I've got the '47 2A and a Civy Bantam trailer that I'm working on. The tools in the GMTK are perfect for working on both and I find the extra leverage necessary when I'm trying to remove some of the old bolts.

It's been a while since this thread has seen an update. Lots of changes in the box.
I'll start with the chisels since they seem to be the hot topic right now. Each of these was sourced from the flea market and I really hated looking for them! I'm not sure I'll ever be totally happy with them, but here's where they are now.

While I'm at it, here's an updated shot of all the screwdrivers in the box.
full size image HERE
Image
The wood handle slotted drivers are Stanley, the long one isn't a 'cabinet tip'... yet
The #2 Phillips is also Stanley and the #3 Phillips is Irwin USofA.
I don't think the Irwin driver is very popular, but the shank is marked 'Carbon Steel' and LIC 1.

Here's a detail image of the Stanley drivers:

The stubby is Miller Falls

and the double offset is Goodell-Pratt

Punches.
Another loathsome item to find... You wouldn't think that finding a 1/8" punch would be that difficult!
Anyhow, the 1/8" is branded M.P.C. which is a postwar supplier (Thorsen maybe?).
