Re: 4 gallon air compressor
Thanks Tin, that is exactly the unit I have which was found at a former Govt. workers estate auction sale. I'll try to get a pic today.

Tinknocker25,
Did you ever find the grease gun for this compressor set-up?
Thank you,
Henry

I looked for years and finally sold it not to long ago...
I actually just picked up another one on my way to Findlay, ohio last week. Is that the only thing you are missing?

Tinknocker,
Yes, just the pneumatic grease gun. Did I understand from your previous post that you did find the grease gun or did you find a whole other compressor on your way back from Findlay?
Thank you
Henry

I was never able to track down the grease gun!
I did pick up another unit that is actually in great shape but the N model Briggs had been replaced by more modern Briggs.

Re: 4 gallon air compressor
Tinknocker,
Mine is actually in very good shape too and all original. Just a couple of little fixer-upper things. I need to fashion a replacement plastic lense for the pressure gauge and fix the clutch on the kick starter. Just found a couple of really small pin hole leaks in the frame that I’ll have to take to a good welding shop to have them weld or braise as my welding skills aren’t that good for delicate work. Other than that I can start it right up with the rope pull starter. The compressor works perfectly and can pressurize up to about 100 psi before the couple of pin holes leak too much for the compressor to compensate. I’m sure after they are sealed it will pressurize fully. Found a couple of vintage 1/4” 25’ air hoses and have the solvent sprayers so all I need is that pneumatic grease gun.
As to the gun... one was just listed on the auction site a few weeks back but before could snag it someone else must have contacted the seller and made an offer to change the auction to a buy it now. I was about an hour too late by the time I saw the listing. So... the hunt goes on.
Thank you,
Henry

Do you have a photo of the correct grease gun?
Would love to see it.
Thanks
