I have this WW2 era style tire pump. The internet can't give me much info about the manufacturer, use, era, ...
All suggestions are welcome!
U S marked on the upper side, bottom is R.S.F.P.M 38 / 450 T marked.

My guess is postwar. We see more "generic" "U.S." markings immediately after WW2 on a lot of things. If the USAF(?) blue paint color is original that may offer clues...
