2 wrenches that are different here...

Well I am back to bug the people on the G again for the help in finding out what this wrench was used for and I put both of them on here because I never seen anything like this before and I was going through the military World War II crates this evening and was having fun getting stuff out and I came across these and wanted to learn again about these if possible and thank you for all the help you have given to me thus far here...

Single ended wrenches are often associated with machine tools. Like changing parts on a lathe or milling machine.
