It looks like your Hotchkiss was built in 1960.

Hi Ingo

If 12882 is located on rigth rail in front of the grill : 1961 (french army serial)

if 12882 is located under hood on left rail (as Ford GPW stamp): 1960 (Hotchkiss plant serial)
