Carburetor Identification.

See photos

The one on the left is in better condition, but the choke mechanism is upside down compared to the normal W-O on the right.
Why does it have the ribs on the throat?

Left; WO 450S on a 407 base. Right; WO 539S.

As to the one on the left, will it hook up okay in a GPW if I rebuild it?

Choke will be an issue
