Yves,

I need the dimensions for the holes to secure the front seat covers to the seat back.

The .pdf is un-readable and I can’get the .dzi to download as per your instructions.

Can you help please?

If you cannot read the dimension by zooming on display, chances are that you will never be able to read that dimension.
Please, give me the drawing THF number.
Thanks.

Sorry I cannot get the other dimensions.
It seems that the offsets from the vertical central hole to the two other holes are 4.27''.
This is also what I measure on my original seats.
You should take an original seat and make physical measurement.

Hi Yves,

I didn’tt have any seats at all which is why I’m struggling. On the .pdf of the seats there are two dimensions:-

1. Between the holes - now known to be 4 1/4 inches.
2. Distance from the lower crossbar to the lower hole. Still n/k.

Thanks for the help, everything takes me one step closer.

OK, tomorrow will take a few measurement on the seats in my jeep.

There were mistakes in the horizontal holes in my previous post. I've removed the drawings from that post.

Here are the dimensions taken physically on the seat frames and transferred into the drawings

Yves,

Thank you very much - that's exactly what I needed.

If I make Normandy 2019 (Jeep tub was in Joe's Motor Pool when it burnt down - still waiting for news)...... I'll buy you a glass of wine (or two)!!

Hips ! Thanks!
Yes I've read about your tub. Too bad !
I'm curious : are they selling repo seat frames without the holes to attach the cushions?

Y,

Repro seat frames - the one's I've had from Jeeparts have come without holes - or the T-nut to secure the drivers seat to the wheel box.

I don't know if Gav has any others - He normally send me the best of what he has.

Neither are too much of a problem - I have the hole spacing and dimensions now. I also build 1/4 & 1/2 size steam engines so I can soon make a T-nut up and weld it in once I've worked out where it goes and the correct angle.

I would be glad to post these on my DropBox and leave them up for everyone if someone can send the data in a large file?
I have plenty of space for hosting.
Thanks
