NATO can carrier

Post by Greg H » Fri Jun 13, 2003 7:39 am

Does anyone know of a source for carriers? I would like to attach two carriers just forward of the fenders on my M-100 for some water cans. The water cans are German, look just like the NATO gas cans except for the wide mouth and are coated inside. Anyway the standard carrier I found in JCWitless was too rounded in the corners to fit the NATO style cans.
Where can I buy one or am I better off fabricating my own?

Thanks
Greg H

Greg,
Try flea markets, garage sales, or old pawn shops. You could also post a wanting one in the "wanted" section. I've found several cans, hloders, and tools in flea mkts and pawn shops :!:
Good luck
