Chattanooga fuel can

I found a Chattanooga Can today First I've ever seen. Any history on these? its dated 1942.

They certainly aren't as plentiful as some of the other manufacturers.

I have a 41-dated Chattanooga galvanized can with the 2-eared lid, so they were one of the early producers.
