5 1/4 can

I have good looking 5 1/4 marked can.
What does this mean and what is it.

Moat cans are marked 5 1/4 or 5.2. It is 5 1/4 gallons.
Willy, any other marking on the top, sides or bottom? Cam lock or screw top?

Hi Mark,
I had to look and find where all my cans are.
Well I have them now all together I think.
It has a screw top with rolled ears.
It has G on the side and 20L 5 1/4 and 43 on the bottum
And was made by conco oh ICC was on there.
I had bought this for my GPW 43 I am rebuilding from boxec some one elses project he past away.
Now what is a AN/75-A antenna I found NOS just beautyfull or what does this antenna fit do you know.?????

Found this Willy.
TM 11-487 lists TM 11-859 as being the manual Radio Set SCR-593. The
BC-728 is shown as being the one and only major item comprising Radio
Set SCR-593. It is a receiver for AM only, covering 2.0 -
6.0 MHz. The receiver is supposed to have a seven foot long,
telescoping whip antenna,
AN-75-A, and was powered by a 2.0 volt
lead-acid wet cell, BB-54, which could be recharged by proper connection
of the receiver to a 6 or 12 volt vehicle battery. The vehicular mount
was an FT-338. TM 11-487 states that the purpose of the receiver was
for "...reception of alert or warning messages. Used by CAC/AAA (Coast
Artillery Corps/Anti-aircraft Artillery) and ENG (Engineers)."
