Pre-WW2 flimsy can

Post by Robin » Sun Nov 02, 2003 11:42 pm

I think that I may have found a pre-war "flimsy" water can today. I can email a picture to anyone who might be able to identify it for sure. It is rectangular, with a wire loop handle in the center of the top. The cap is about 1 1/2", and is set in one of the corners. It has a chain affair that keeps it from being lost. The can is marked on both sides

in large raised letters. No maker or date. Any thoughts?
