USN (NAVY) WATER CANS

In wew of gathering information for the oncoming Jerrycan website,there is one question regarding Navy cans.Did USN WATER jerrycans exist?If any one knows for sure,or even better,has a picture,please stand out.

I could ask my grandfather he was in the Navy during WW2 and in Korea and he told me about the Navy gas cans on his cargo ship and now we know they had Navy gas cans because of the 2 I have so he might have seen the water cans if they had them.

Patrick,you can be proud of your cans,they are very,very,very rare indeed!But we were aware of their existance even before you confirmed it. :wink: You could post your pictures direct to Dino!'s ,so they go on the website without you having to worry about picture size :wink:
