GRC -9 HELP on a M38 Jeep

Hi all.
looking into mounting a GRC-9 ON A M38 rear fenders. The front power supply mounts hang over the rear wheel house fenders about 3 or 4 inches so their is nothing to mount to. any one have a picture or description how the power supply is mounted.

The power supply mounts on the floor and the FM85 mounts on the fender.
