Identifying Tool/Parts Storage Setup?

Hi, I’m wondering if anyone can identify this canvas storage setup?

From the canvas I’m thinking WWII and am wondering if it is some sort of signal corp parts or tools storage. Lots of part numbers on the pockets but I’ve had no luck searching, aside for KS-6320, which could be a “spudger”. The Patent number in the label frame is “1935737”, but I think that refers to the label frame / instruction holder only?

Anyone recognize it?
