Radio gear FS

Post by Tonywan Kanobby » Tue Nov 09, 2021 3:38 pm

Hi guys.

A buddy of mine called me today, as he had seen this Craigslist listing https://goldcountry.craigslist.org/atq/ ... 63629.html, and knew I had a K51 and wanted to clue me in. It’s obviously later than WW2 but I was curious about it and thought maybe some of you could identify it and, or perhaps have an interest in the gear as well.

The top radio is a civilian receiver and the bottom 3 units are ART-13 transmitters. The ART-13 was usually an airborne transmitter used in many late war and post war aircraft including the B-29, B-36, B-47 etc

That’s interesting. Thought they were younger, but I know little about this tech. Thanks for the info.
