I believe these are p/o the antenna for the TBX radio. There are at least 3 or maybe more antenna sections need to make a complete antenna.
I don't have my manual here at work to give more info. Will also ck to see if I need your two sections to complete a antenna for one of my sets.

The antenna sections you have are part of the Navy
TBX-8 radio. It uses a 7 piece vertical antenna of which your 66019 is the top section and the 60020 is the bottom section it screws into. The antenna actually uses two of the 60020 ant sections. So the top 3 ant sections are the single 60019 and two 60020 followed by the 66021-A and three 66022 mast sections at the bottom.
