BC-1000 M-391-A pad - which one is WWII ?

Post by YLG80 » Sat Nov 21, 2020 6:18 am

Hello,
I've two M-391-A pads for the BC-1000.
Could you tell me which one is from WWII period?

I've attached that pad to a WWII BC-1000 (May 1944). The marking has been enhanced for better reading.
There is a detailed insertion showing the snap hook model

I've attached the following pad to an ABL (Belgian Army) BC-1000.
There is a detailed insertion showing the snap hook model.

Do you know which one is correct for the WII period?

The one attached to the ABL radio looks older to me.

Thanks in advance.?

Thanks Rad. I’ve got a photo of an original US pad and it look indeed that the marking is more compact.
I will swap the pads.
Thanks again.
