This jumble of brownish-tan canvas is a Early WW2 U.S. Army Air Corps A-2 Survival Tent -- so marked on the tent. The bottom is (was) waterproofed canvas. One double-sided, nickeled zipper on the front, right edge. Netting inside. Large brass grommets on each corner to anchor it down. Has tunnels on each end (presumably for poles/cords -- not included).
Overall condition is VG. No significant holes or dry rot. Zipper works fine... all snaps appear to be intact. The body cloth is soiled from storage and the underside waterproofing is flaky (but the canvas itself is fine). Could probably use a BATH... but I leave that to the next owner.
