Matt,
I have the wooden artillery plotting board, folding legs, protractor, and Soviet weapons whiz wheel/protractor. Plus the canvas carrying case for the plotting board and accessories.
Sorry I don't have any of the slide rules or firing tables any more....

Interested? Let me know. Stuff is in NJ 08809

I have a m19 plotting board with case and range arm. DRMO was going to destroy it when our unit was deactivating in Panama. I talked them into letting me keep it.

I think DrDirt is referring to the Artillery Firing Chart, a wood panelled 30x48" plotting board covered in opaque grid sheet, used as the primary FDC for the M30 4.2in Mortar, 75mm, 105mm and 155mm Howitzers.

The M29 81mm Mortar used the M16 Plotting Board as the primary FDC and the smaller M19 Plotting Board as the secondary.

The M252 60mm Mortar used the M19 Plotting Board as the primary FDC.

This was until the adoption of the M23 Mortar Ballistic Computer in the late 1980s.

I used to be able to do FDC with a Texas Instruments TI35 calculator and the range/charge card that comes in the mortar ammo crates, that is, minus the MET (Meteorological) corrections.

I used to hump and jump the m-19 a lot. Because it was lighter weight (every ounce counts in Airborne) and smaller. I could use it for the m224 (60mm) and the m252(81mm) mortar systems when i couldnt use the mortar ballistic computer.
