M-26 helmet, canteen with cover, ammunition belt and mountain pack.
Canteen is aluminum and in good shape along with cover that has intact snaps and strap. Hold I believe 20 ounces. No date or any other stamping
Helmet is M-26 model which was in use up until the 70's as best I can find out. The leather suspension system was used until mid 60's. No marks and outside shows some scuffing but no dents. The inside does not appear to have been worn. I don't know if it was ever issued or if it was then maybe had a new liner installed and then put in storage
Ammunition belt is in good to very good shape with no tears or repairs and leather is not cracked or thin. It was worn in front with 5 5 round stripper clips in each pouch for load out of 125 rounds. 3 crowns on the belt put no other markings that I can see. (training rounds and clips not included) I do not know what the clip is for.
Pack is with frame and from what I can tell there was one without frame very similar. This has FO 34 on top not sure but assuming 1934 and makers number. On lower belt is letters SA
Inside has a pocket measures 9x8 and the main pack is approx 18x13x10
Outside straps have some wear from use but not torn and the pack closure straps and waist straps are the only ones showing any wear, The bottom straps and side straps I believe were for securing ski poles are in very good shape and the yoke and front straps that ammo belt clips to are real nice also
